What is the minimum order?
We can accept combined items small quantity order.For the details please contact with our sales department.
How do you package your products?
Basically there are three types of package for our products: polybag / blister / BOX, just depends on your requirement.
How can I get the samples?Can they be free or charger?
Generally,we can supply you some samples for free,but you have to pay the freight. If you need many samples, like a very small order,you can pay us through the internet.
Can you customize my design...if so what is my minimum?
Yes. If you could not find the products from our current products. we can be able to create custom made design as per your requests,Ask our sales for details.
Do you have OEM/ODM experience?
We have many years OEM, ODM experience, and welcome OEM, ODM order.
How would you protect my exclusive design?
we can sign a Intellectual Property Rights protection agreement with you.
What terms of payment do you use?
We accept the payment by T/T in advance or irrevocalbe L/C at sight.
What kind of shipment will you use?
Usually,we deliver the small order by UPS,DHL, FedEx,TNT,etc according to customer's instruction.We ship products by air freight or ocean container in the case of large quantity.
How about the delivery time?
For the original product:2-3 days
For the generic products:5-7days for a trial order or small order.
7-14days for a large order or container order.
We will specify a delivery time before you order. If we meet difficulties during production and could not ship to them in time, we will inform you in advace and tell you the causes.
What's the warranty of your products and how about the after-sale service?
3 months,6 months to 2 years, depending on the products,in case the item is not same as our agreement or the quality is not good,We will replace unqualified products with qualified ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified products.Tell us by e-mail or telephone or fax in time any questions or difficulties for help if you sale.
How can we become your sole distributor?
We prefer to work step by step and then we can talk with you about this distributorship when everything is going well, Remember you are always welcome if you will.
Can you be taken as an agent for me?
Yes,we can do as an agent for the customer,such as checking the goods,collecting the shipment,do the shipping service and so on .
Apart from above mentioned products, we also would like to become your purchasing Agency in China , purchase any product you need.
